3.2. BYOK Option - Bring Your Own Key
The Client can connect their own API keys for third-party models (Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, etc.). In this context:
- the Client assumes all associated costs,
- the Provider cannot be held responsible for any malfunction,
- API keys are encrypted and never visible in plain text,
- third-party provider policies apply.
3.3. Hallucination Clause (AI-specific Limitation)
The Client acknowledges that AI models:
- may produce errors, approximations or inconsistencies,
- are not definitive decision-making tools,

The Provider cannot be held responsible for a decision based exclusively on an AI suggestion.

The Client remains the sole owner of the data they import into the Solution. The Provider:
- does not resell the data,

- does not use it to train global AI models,
- may use strictly anonymized data for statistical analysis.
5. SPECIFIC BUSINESS MODULES
